Lot's of Bakeries to select from. We tried different bakeries from their platform, everything is great, reasonable priced cakes. Great presentation and taste. Delivery service is always delivered within the delivery window that I selected. Thanks for everything and will continue to order.

The sender ordered a cake for my birthday (because he lives half way around the darn world). Being my birthday and all, I wasn't around to receive the cake. They had sent me a text message 5 minutes before the delivery time and I was already an hour away from the city. I told them I wouldn't be home until LATE and to delivery it the next day, but instead they claim to have left the cake on my door. When I got home there was nothing. Anyways the guy who I dealt with the next day trying to figure out what to do to go about fixing things had POOR customer service and was not interested in making things right. Kept explaining to me how his business works but offered no flexibility. I even mentioned going to pick up the cake myself. This company is not a customer oriented one and a HUGE PAIN to deal with. I'd be surprised they get any return business.
