Completely unprofessional and unorganized. I had them scheduled to put up my Christmas lights and the first time they didn't show up on the scheduled day, I had to call them several times a few days later to get a hold of them, rescheduled another day, didn't show up again and didn't even call. I finally talked to someone, we rescheduled, they said they would call an hour before coming, they didn't call (surprise surprise). Finally after three no-shows and almost 3 weeks later someone came to install. The guy didn't want to do the entire job and I had to convince him to do what was clearly marked on his papers, he said he was only paid to do a certain amount. He didn't even end up doing the complete job, then on top of it all, they charged me full price. No discount for jerking me around for almost 3 weeks for a substandard job. Seriously the absolute worst and most stressful experience I have ever had with any company. FYI same company as CertaPro Painters. I can only imagine how horrible their painting is if putting up a few strings of Christmas lights is apparently so difficult for them.
