We have been using Sentinel for several years now to store items for our business. We use the heated storage area and it is great to use; comfortable at all times of the year; elevators and carts are always working well. No complaints!

I leased a storage unit a couple months ago from Sentinal in Fort McMurray, the process was easy, the unit was a great price and the staff there are super friendly. I also got the second month free!!! In addition to that, I can cancel my unit anytime without requiring a 30 day notice like some other storage facilities.

I have used Sentinels' services for a long while, the staff is personable with a family feel to it which is nice to be around.
Professionally speaking, they have answered all of my questions, and provide information regarding dumpster service, using the Sentinel Moving Van and alert me when they are closed or dealing with any environmental situations.
The storage buildings are always clean and I have never had to complain.
A bonus is offers for rent reductipn by providing them feedback, so I recommend the storage company first rate to anyone.

Just wanted to let you know that the quality of your storage facility is outstanding. Love the drive-in bay to off load or re-load storage items especially if it is raining or snowing! The premises are very clean which I truly appreciate.

The storage facility is great, with 24h access, security coded-gates and camera monitored premises, indoor heated units complete with truck loading bay and lift platform, clean warehouse washrooms and on-site facility managers; 5 Stars.
Niki and Co. are of great assistance; 4 Stars.
Although I always have to hear about how much weight she's either gaining or loosing, how she's soo craving McDonald's or Dairy Queen, and how things here are sooo different from small-town Manitoba.
Well, everywhere is there Niki, everywhere. Boo, 2 Stars.
Overall, this is a POSITIVE review aaand my chance to get back at all her digs (and my late fee);

We needed multiple units after returning from the evacuation and the staff have been very helpful and friendly. The units are very clean and in good repair. They have things like carts, brooms and packing supplies readily available.

Following the fires in Fort McMurray, I needed to find a place to store my few belongings while sorting out my life's next step. A friend suggested Sentinel. I drove up from Edmonton to Fort MacMurray and needed to get everything done in 2 days. I received excellent, efficient and courteous service. They gave me instructions and I went at it for a solid 48 hours. It is great to be able to access the storage unit 24 hours a day and the security system is always on. Thank you for your great service!
