DO NOT RENT HERE IT'S NOT SAFE. I started renting here in Dec 2025 and unfortunately I did not read the reviews first. Today I got a call saying they can see a ladder sticking out of the top of my unit even though I had not been there in a couple weeks. When I arrived the woman working came up to my unit with me and I saw my own telescoping ladder was sticking out of the top of my unit even though I had left it compacted and folded in my unit. Someone had removed the metal bars at the top of my unit, and climbed over. They went through all of my stuff and then used my own ladder to escape. Fortunately nothing was missing. I immediately packed up the entire unit and moved out on the spot to find the floor absolutely covered in MOUSE DROPPINGS. They have a serious security problem AND a major rodent infestation! The walls of the units DO NOT go all the way to the ceiling, making it easy to access the units. They supposedly have security cameras but why are they not reviewing the footage, contacting the police and trying to catch the intruders. This place has really nice staff, which makes you think it's gonna be great. They call and text you multiple times after you begin your rental contract, because they want you to write a good review. But five or six months later you will realize it's infested with mice and thieves!

Edit: now almost a month later I have realized they did steal a new Lego set still in the box that I never got to finish :(

It was easy to sign up ahead of time and get the size of unit I needed. It was clean and very accessible, especially in comparison to other places I have used. I stored my belonings in plastic bins in anticipation of a move. I checked it frequently and there was never any issue. When I moved out there was no evidence of any rodent droppings or urine. I called a few weeks ahead of time and they advised me to cancel auto-pay and then I would just pay a pro-rated amount for the day or so that I had it extra. I had no issues at this location. I would advise it is a good service to use

Starting the rental process was easy. The staff didn't attempt to add pressure to upsell but helped us get into a unit that met our needs.

Would highly recommend Public Storage as they will be the ones we go to for any of future storage needs.

Manjit and Andre both took the time to answer my questions and help me out. Much appreciated! The facility is heated which is a big bonus. Carts and elevators are always available. Promotional rates are very good.

Really nice facility, but what truly sets it apart are the two people at the front desk—Suneetha and Ruwan. Their customer service, attention to detail, and overall attentiveness are the reasons I’ve stayed instead of switching to another storage facility. I spoke with Dinuka and Majit today. Hey were very friendly and helpful. Great customer service and helped me getting a great price for my unit. I highly recommend this location for renting a storage unit. Never had an issue with anyone who worked here.

By far the best storage I have ever had.
The security is great, you need codes to get in the gate, the building after the office closes, and to get into the inside doors or to get the elevator to move you need to put in your code. It's clean and the staff are very friendly and patient.
You pay every month on the 1st so you don't loose any days or track of when your next payment is going to be. You are allowed to be a couple days late without a harsh penalty.
The only thing I didn't like was having to buy their lock cause now I have no use for it and they don't pay them back and you can't use them for anything else.
And they have a cute little black cat Chloe, that helps keeps the pests away.

Manjit and Sid are a terrific team well focussed on helping renters get exactly the right locker required for the unique needs of each renter. Great communicators and very helpful. They are patient and supportive with every renter as they help people navigate what storage needs are best while respecting what is economical for the renter. Friendly and reliable and it’s nice to feel welcomed by familiar faces. They keep the premises clean and safe and in order and the office offers a good selection of packing products and accessories which is convenient.

So far so good. I have no complaints...yet. I like that its clean and secure. (need code to get in and up to the lockers) I have seen that some say there are rodents and i have to say that the last month (since renting) i have not seen any and plus they have a CAT that has helped with that problem now..
No bathroom so thats the reason not 5 stars

Are very helpful and understand the importance of any customer needs.
They both provide great services even they are overwhelmed with customer at the same time doing clerical duties, answering calls and queries, they are very knowledgeable and helpful.
Doing multi tasking job is very stressful but they both show the best customers services.
My wife and I can’t thank them enough for their service and understanding.

Suneetha and Ruwan were always very nice and great to deal with. It is convenient and clean. Yes there are mice, I only saw the droppings no live mice.

I would not recommend the insurance, we had 2 break ins and lost about 10k worth of items. Insurance paid out $1200. So don't bother.

Move-in process was fairly smooth, although returning after our move to empty our contents we found everything covered in mouse feces. We also saw 3 live mice run off the moving van when we got everything back to our new home. We now have to go through an insurance claim to recover damaged items, and all Public Storage offered was a 50% refund for the 3-month unit rental. We definitely won't be returning, and if you choose to rent here I recommend buying the insurance policy.

Really great first experience. Staff was very friendly & helpful. We had no problems moving in and out. We didn't need the service for very long, but there was no pressure felt to extend and they made it easy & convenient to cancel when we needed to.

Had our stuff in storage for approximately 4 months between moves and opened up all the boxes in our new home to find there had been mice in every single box. Shredded paper, droppings. Having to sanitize everything while trying to unpack was not something I needed to add to my to do list while trying to get settled.

At first this place seemed decent until I visited my locker yesterday to find a mouse (which I saw run out of my locker) had been leaving feces and urine all over my belongings. I alerted the employees on shift and was basically told it wasn't their fault. They were fully aware of the mice infestation and didn't even alert their clients to come and check on their belongings. I immediately moved all of my things out despite having very little room in my home to store it, and when canceling my contract the employee had the gall to ask for a good review. Sorry mate, zero responsibility taken, zero effort to make amends, zero stars if I could give it.
