I personally went in for microdermabrasion
Strong allergic reaction to the cleansing wipes (fooled me once and told me it was due to my temper and stress from having argued with someone before I came). Third time I knew immediately it was a reaction to the wipes. She continued to tell me it was because of my 'unusual hot face temperature'. Service:good business owner and tattoo people:good
Customer Service and communication: Called me repeatedly to reschedule the second treatment asking that I return her calls immediately. Rescheduled appointments and didn't return phone calls or texts. Asked for appointment the day of for third treatment and asked last minute that I come 45 minutes earlier only to arrive on time and wait an additional 30 minutes. Customer service is so terrible I didn't even reschedule and lost the money of my last treatment. She didn't even offer me my money back.
