The education from various suppliers including Georgian College, University of Guelph, Humber College, Carson Dunlop, Ontario Association of Home Inspectors, WETT and InterNACHI will give you the confidence you have found the right inspector. <p> I think you will love our reports, so far everybody has and I get positive feedback on them daily. <p> Another thing everybody will ask is what Professional Associations a Home Inspector belongs to, and one of the primary reasons is the Standards of Practice all Associations have which their members must follow. We chose Robin from Simcoe Muskoka based upon a recommendation from a friend, and were impressed, as their website says our expectations were exceeded. He was actually early and provided a detailed overview, description of the items in question and lots of photographs and explanations in the report. I wish he had done our inspection on our home as the report will make a wonderful reference when looking back. I would not hesitate to call him again for any more inspection requirements. Tiny, ON
