I asked him if he could remove the odour left behind in my motorhome by some unwelcome mice during the winter. Regardless of how hard we scrubbed and what cleaners we used, the smell persisted. In came the solution by OdourXout Ottawa (the "X" is silent) and a very helpful John Soucy. He explained that the odour was left behind because there were areas that we could never reach and had been contaminated by the pesky vermin, and his machine, and the product it produces "Ozone" is a powerful oxidant could reach everywhere as it is completely invisible and airborne. It would indeed "oxidize" (as in destroy) the contaminates and forever neutralize the cause...Next morning the motorhome smelled almost "like new" and we never had to have it re treated or re done. Kudos to OdourXout. Job well done. When ever I have a high reach vacuuming or carpet cleaning job to be done I will call him first. Honest businessman that puts his guarantee on his work.
