Working with the kitchen "specialist" was okay at the start but went very sour quickly. They forget who the "client" is. Even contractor has used this kitchen specialist 1 more time and said that the "problems" are not worth the savings. Kitchen planner needs to be more understanding and not so short on the phone and take ownership when problems occur with product and installation
We order flooring.....all but 2 boxes came in the wrong color and they made US return it
Shower door came in - WRONG ONE...took 5 weeks to get the right one in and YES we had to return and pick up the correct one
When problems occurred - they blamed us. Even stopped our conversation when asking questions.
Warehouse staff gets a HUGE thumbs up, however. They are super friendly and very very helpful. A good shout out to them for making a not so great experience better!~

Reno depo is one of the better outlets I have ever shopped at. The staff has a decent knowledge of the products and beyond your expectations to help. The other two on here are the type of people I shake my head at. I found the Reno depo store on line while I was visiting Barrie, as I live in Edmonton and have been to the shop once since I have been dealing with them in the last 3 years. The prices are good enough that I am willing to ship it from Ontario to Alberta rather than deal with the meatballs at Home Depot or Lowe's. That should speak volumes. Anyone looking for absolute perfection will never get it anywhere they go better off to do it yourself. Personally I'm baffled by the other two reviews it's as if they have never shopped anywhere in they're entire lives. Grow up people... The name is Steve Dow BTW 780.200.3103 if you feel the need to complain.

Poor examples of garage door colors on garaga true color. Bad lighting in a office with no windows looking at of a piece of color of a so call example, led to a wrong color of what I wanted. The color turned out close to white instead of the beige I was looking for in desert sand. Need actual color examples painted on the actual garage doors and better lighting.

Spend the extra money. Go elsewhere. These people are complete screw-ups. They lied to me about delivery times. I was told that items had arrived that had not. If they have it in stock, then you're ok. If they have to order it, then buyer beware. Not only that, but their hours of business are rediculously short.
