Clean spot. Fresh Ingredients. Friendly staff.

Was a little tripped up on my first visit on how exactly the ordering flow goes. I may have missed signage.

Pictured: cheese bagel with chicken salad, 1 less lettuce leaf by request.

My employer catered in these bagels. They were labelled well. NGL, they were really delicious, not tough nor dried like the ones you buy in a grocery store. I’m glad to have tried them.

My colleagues were raving about it, since I missed the 1st catered in order a year ago. I got tease (great memories), but hey hey hey, I finally tried them.

The driver came early which was a bonus. I tried the Sourdough with sun-dried tomatoes cream cheese after lightly toasting it, and really enjoyed it.

I packed a Pumpernickel with regular cream cheese to go. I ate it the next day. I warmed it up in the microwave, and it was still soft. They are definitely worth the hype.

As far as bagels in Toronto go, this is one of our goto’s. The staff is very friendly, the chopped egg and especially chicken salad is delicious, and the bagels are good. Compared to bagel joints in the USA, well, not as good unfortunately. Someone once told me it has to do with their water but I honestly don’t know. If you’ve never had a decent bagel in the states you wouldn’t know any better. In any case, these are great for Toronto bagels. They also have really nice challah, delicious frozen cheese blintzes, and tons of awesome deserts. Recommended.

I have been going to various what a bagel locations and I love them! Their bagels are absolutely always fresh and consistently always taste great!

They have lots of varieties of baked goods and you can get breakfast/brunch/lunch bagels with different toppings. Everything is always very fresh and very tasty!

I ordered a tuna on a twister. The tuna was really generous. I ordered avocado on it too, with some veggies, the twister was fresh but also easy to chew, so I leave there with a sandwich that was easily a full meal. I will gladly return again and again for that kind of experience. :))

Bagels may be good but the staff are RUDE. Very disorganized. First time here, stood in line and then was told I had to bring my own bagel. Back to the end of the line. 20 minutes to get a bagel. Ridiculous The women who made my bagel yelled at me as she was annoyed because she can’t hear and didn’t wait for a response from me. I replied to her THREE times . Really. Poor service. And you lost my lost my business on the first visit

Lots on the menu to choose from for bagels and other food options. Had the smoked salmon bagel, and it was great. Good selection of smoothies. Welcoming staff and they were efficient. Would recommend this spot for nice breakfast.

My dad bought a bagel and it has some sort of bristles in it. I'm glad I saw it before he ate it, I don't have time to drive hin to the hospital. I've been going there for years, as the owners have swapped and it's really lost a step. Nobody seems to care about this incident, there's been radio silence on multiple attempts to contact them. Stay away.

They forgot my extra order of homefries after I made it clear twice during ordering for pick up. Now it's too late for me to go back. Drop in quality over the years. Used to be a regular. Never again.

Went on a Saturday morning and it was quite busy. You ask for bagels/bread from a guy before you get to the counter. At the counter, they take your bagel and make a sandwich.

We got a tuna and an egg salad sandwich with lettuce, tomato, sprouts, and onion. Pretty fresh and tasty although Mister found the tuna a little dry/bland.

Staff friendly and helpful.

I generally go to What A Bagel to get a day-old bread to take home. Why does the bread have to be sliced so thick? You get only about 10 slices per loaf ..it will barely fit in the toaster. It's way too thick for sandwiches ... two slices and you can only taste the bread, not what's in the sandwich.
