the drivers never show up to pick up loads on time, they dont call to let you know they cant make a pick up, drivers randomly over charge for shipments overweight when they clearly are not and most importantly even though they say on EVERY BOL THIS IS NON NEIGATIONABLE A DRIVER WHO NEEDS MONEY WILL JUST ADD ON A TAILGATE CHARGE TO UP THEIR BILL AND FREIGHTCOM EXCEPTS THIS ACTION. The owner of the company is beyond rude and a disgrace for someone in customer service if you try to tell him what he is saying is wrong. I wish someone had never mentioned the words "FREIGHTCOM" to my business. Trucking companies are a dime a dozen!
