Used their ATM downtown Toronto. Money was withdrawn from account but no cash was actually dispensed.
They offer no transparent means/assurances to investigate other than "we promise the machine works". My guess is they treated themselves to a couple cold beverages on me, had a good laugh and called it a day.
Too bad there's no actual recourse.

Gilchrist Games has an amazing new showroom full of every kind of game imaginable. Their staff were more than friendly and although I was just buying some parts for an old pinball machine (Cap't Fantastic) I felt valued as a customer.

We have been a customer of Gilchrist games for over 50 years and I can honestly say that there is no one else that I would buy a coin operated game, jukebox, pinball, pool table or shuffleboard from in the Toronto area. Through their personable sales approach and great service we have always had a great experience with Gilchrist. We have literally purchased 100's of products from Gilchrist games and we will continue to do so for years to come.

Equipped my new games room just recently. Did a lot of shopping around. Gilchrist Games know their stuff, have EVERYTHING you could want, offer the best prices and delivered and installed exactly when promised.
I am going to the trouble of writing this review because I was so pleased with their service and games selection and support that I felt I owed it to them (Thanks guys!)
And wait till you see their showroom and antiques! (Think big arcade and all on Free Play!!!)
