We ordered & paid online but they lost order, so I had to reorder & pay while my daughter was trying to get her first order refund... Then the order she requested for a Caramel macchiato was mangled, but they did not mix it. Caramel was sitting on the bottom and they just poured milk into it... I ordered an extra strawberry strawberry refresher and somehow they made it slightly sour! I heard them tell a guy who waited 20 minutes for plain black coffee that they were trying, but didn't know how to make coffee! In earnest????? That's bad! Don't go to the store on the Mad River near Dayton Mall. They're licking!!!!

It's good and comfortable at Starbucks in Lakewood, but I want to see more tables than those small tables and lower chairs. It makes it hard for seniors like me to sit down. I should also be free to refill the coffee. Ruth is such a fun and sweet guy. She knows your name, too. I think a good place to come to is Starbucks. There's no loud music and you can hear yourself talking. Thank you Starbucks for improving my day. Service is fine, but pricing is a little good.

They were so smooth in texture and taste. The environment for learning was great. I would recommend 100% to anyone who likes coffee or if you are looking for something different than the Pumpkin Spice Latte, the pumpkin cream cold brew.

Its the best place to hangout with frnds or family. The coffees over there are tasty and rich in flavor. I usually visit the place, once in a week. Love the atmosphere over there.
