I GIVE ABSOLUTELY NO STARS !!!! ( but computer prompts an entry )
I made contact with this company at the end of May in need of repairs to my vinyl fence. To this day ( JULY ), nothing has been resolved. So take it from me , don't bother because you are better off with a company that does exist to do the job .
There were so many emails , voice messages , voice mails that were full , than actual dialogues these past months. I found myself chasing THEM for promised estimates and information. I was anxious and frustrated in wanting to get the work done , that when I did get that ray of hope something was going to happen , it was just a smoke screen. For example , speaking with Penny over the phone , finally getting the estimate, reviewed it and gave my go ahead to proceed with the project. One week later I get an email asking me if I was proceeding with the work. Are you KIDDING !!!
So my caution is , go elsewhere ! If I ever treated people in my work with this kind of customer service , I would be fired and the company would not survive or exist to this day .
