You simply can't ask for better customer service and care. We had The Roofman replace our roof a number of years ago, and recently, needed to get in touch with them over a minor issue. Every single person I spoke with was personable, kind and ready to help. Thomas absolutely went above and beyond when he was here completing a quick repair for us. So pleased that we chose to work with The Roofman. A+ would choose again.

All three stages of the project went smoothly: (1) inspection and quote for the old roof; (2) installation; and (3) final inspection and follow-up information.

The initial inspector asked thoughtful questions and offered practical advice about the available options and next steps. The quote was fair, clear, and easy to understand. We chose an option that suited our needs and gives us confidence for the years ahead.

The installation crew was friendly, professional, and safety-conscious. They took care to protect the property throughout the job. The post-installation walk-through was thorough and helpful, and they genuinely wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the work — which we were.

We had The Roofman come to repair our ridge cap last week! So impressed with them from getting a quote, to the repair being done and the quote never changed a cent after the work was completed! The guys were awesome and the clean up was unreal, there wasn't anything debris left on our property! Definitely recommend The Roofman and we for sure will hire them again. Thanks for doing such a great job Roofman!

This company is an absolute 5. My leaking roof was replaced in less than 2 weeks of me contacting them for an estimate. Everyone that I dealt with (Christian, Greg, Rob and crew) were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I was kept informed of progress throughout the roof replacement. The roof looks fantastic and the worksite is spotless. I would highly recommend this company and in fact, I am asking them to come back later this year to replace my siding, eavestroughs and downspouts.

The Roofman has been great! We had ice damming rip off our eaves and fascia board in late December. The Roofman had someone out to inspect and quote in between Christmas and new years, in a blizzard (thanks again Christian!). We assumed we’d get it fixed in the spring once the weather was better, but 4 weeks later, it was all fixed up! They checked in throughout the install day to make sure that things were going smoothly. And when all was said and done, the job came in below the quote - I know that’s situational and not all jobs will be the same, but it was really awesome to see that they genuinely cared to save us money where they could. Definitely recommend!

We needed the quick removal of a malfunctioning turbine vent. We chose The Roofman based on a community referral. We were not disappointed. All of the people we interacted with were helpful and thoughtful. Owing to a time constraint, the crew was booked quickly, came and went in record time, got rid of the old turbine and patched the roof all in a serious January winter's day with lots of snow on the roof. Grateful and plan to use them again when the old roof has to be replaced. Highly recommended!
