I want to praise ARD and especially their employee Mandeep for his excellent help and service today. Our ARD outdoor couch had an encounter with some wildlife so we removed the cushion and washed the covering. Too late, we understood we were not supposed to do this as the cushion is somehow "vacuum packed" to fit into the cover. Mandeep was so helpful and accommodating and using his equipment/vacuum stuffed the cushion back into the cover. His prompt attention to our concern and the fact that he fixed it on the spot made us truly grateful and prompted this review.

I have bought all my outdoor furniture from ARD 15 years ago and it is still in great condition! Their stuff is amazing and the staff is super! I just bought a cantilever umbrella from them… can’t wait to have it in my backyard! I won’t shop for outdoor furniture anywhere else!Thank you Richard and the team!

I have purchased many pieces of outdoor furniture and I have been very happy with the products and professional service I received. I have had some pieces for over 14 years and I am still enjoying the quality of the products. I needed to have 3 of my older cushions re-stuffed and I took them to the Scarbrough location. Mandeep was very accommodating and fixed my cushions right away while I waited. Excellent work and wonderful service keeps me coming back to ARD for all my outdoor furniture needs over the last 14 years and will continue to be a loyal customer.

Excellent products and just as good after sales support. We ordered a table, umbrella, chairs and a patio set. The delivery people were very professional and spent much time setting up everything to our satisfaction. One item in the patio set did have some blemishes and ARD did everything to make it right for us. Fantastic service and care all around.

ARD was originally recommended to me by my mother-in-law and I am thankful for her input. Silly put it is one of the best customer service experiences I have received in a long time; from the moment we walked in Wayne was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. We ultimately could not afford to get everything in year 1 (we settled on a Daybed, Umbrella and two Chaise Longes) We came back this year to get the matching sectional and coffee table, we could not be happier! While the installation service crew were absolutely top notch. They were accommodating, professional, and did everything with great care.

Upon moving to a mid city penthouse apartment in Toronto six years ago, we decided to take advantage of 1500 sq. ft. of outdoor patio space. ARD and their staff were terrific in advising and providing us with appropriate outdoor furniture to achieve our building top refuge. We did a lot of research regarding our backyard outdoor patio furniture. We knew we wanted a high quality, modern feel and we found that with ARD. Not only did the quality of their outdoor furniture exceed our expectations, their customer service blew us away. Wayne Tunbridge was AMAZING to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and professional and has awesome communication skills. He listened to us and asked questions to gain a better understanding of what we were looking for and then effortlessly guided us to a few different models for us to consider. His suggestions were totally aligned with our vision. We received the first couch and 2 chairs and were so impressed with the quality and look and the comfort, that we purchased an additional sectional and 2 chairs for our upper deck. We are thrilled with the look, the quality, the comfort and most importantly the exceptional customer service we received from Wayne. We ordered an outdoor rug and the colours didn't work out and Wayne was amazing. We simply had to bring the rug into the store and we received our refund for the rug. I highly recommend ARD and we are beyond thankful to have worked with Wayne and for his excellent customer service and for giving us such a positive and enjoyable experience when purchasing our outdoor furniture.

We found ARD very helpful, in obtaining the two infrared patio heaters that we purchased. They contacted us and advised that there were two available for us in an earlier shipment. We have been enjoying these two units.

I purchased an outdoor sectional almost 2 years ago. A plastic piece fell off the bottom of one leg (probably over the winter).
They replaced the entire sectional!!! That is service.
