During this springs heatwave, my heatpump air conditioning failed, I have made four calls for service with available dates in July. Angel Climatisation came through for me and showed up within 30 minutes. Dean arrived and within minutes had th problem solved and repaired. I cannot say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He solved other problems and provided information that I was not told by other service companies. I am very pleased with their service and will continue with this company should the need arise. Very highly recommended.

Background: My gas furnace suddenly stopped working on Boxing Day (Friday, December 26th), just as temperatures in Quebec Canada dropped to –17°C. I contacted several repair companies, including Gaz Métro Plus, and all told me they wouldn’t be able to come until the following week.

Borce, from Angel Climatisation Inc. not only answered my call immediately, but arrived at my home the very next morning at 9:00 AM. From the moment he arrived, he was polite, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. He went straight to work, quickly diagnosing the issue and thoroughly checking every component of the furnace. Made a call last time when my electric furnace stops working. BORIS assessed the equipment are all at good state. He mentioned that the problem was at the circuit breaker.

As a little handy man myself, I opened my electrical panel and saw one wire was completely lose that causes the breaker to trip. A simple retightening (dont do this if youre not comfortable) fixed the job, no breaker replacement was needed.

I greatly appreciate the honesty of Boris. I highly recommend this company.

I called the company because my furnace needed to be inspected due to issues we were having with loud squaeling and grinding noises during heating. Borce answered the call right away and quickly identified that the blower motor needed to be replaced. He got a replacement motor that same day and showed up the next morning ahead of the appointment time and quickly had it installed. Great service and experience with the company and I will definitely be using them for yearly inspections to keep my system running healthy.

Highly recommend them!

I have never had such a negative experience with a home service ever. The owner Boris was extremely disrespectful to me and yelled at me on the phone after I complained about the job they did. Unfortunately I did not have the chance to inspect their work before they left as I was tending to a fussy toddler. They came in with their shoes and tracked dirt on my floor after I told them I had young children so to please be careful because of the situation with the pandemic. I asked for two wall ac unit cleanings and inspection for mold. Each unit was cleaned in under 10 minutes and rather than bring his own cleaning supplies, asked me to provide him with my own paper towels to clean with. He said my Freon had to be topped up, which of course is an extra charge. I asked him if it was a chemical and if it was safe as my youngest has respiratory issues. I was told “yeah, yeah it’s safe”. After looking up the chemical I read it is actually being phased out and is now banned from new machines because it causes RESPIRATORY ISSUES that are irreversible. The worst part was the unprofessional employee and abusive way I was yelled at. I told him not to come back because it took an hour to clean and disinfect the floors and he yelled, his shoes (which he wears outside) are clean. He also screamed he cannot make my machine look like new which I said I wasn’t expecting. But when I passed a rag with hot water on the blades after his “cleaning job” it came off black with all the residue still left. You can see in the pictures. I was also told “I will give you your money back because I don’t want your money” then I was hung up on. Of course I was never given any money back. Now after spending $390 I am left with two still dirty ac units that I am scared to turn on for fear of how it will affect my child’s health. I wish I had called any other company, do not make the same mistake I did. These pictures are after the units were “cleaned”!
