I needed boom lift to rent on a short notice to get the job done on urgent basis for my new office building premises and they were up to the mark. Delivered early in the morning and very co-operative operator.

I rented a Boom Truck from Torcan. The Salesperson Frank took my call, I gave him my complete address, Mississauga Road, Caledon. He gave me quote for $100 for Delivery and $100 for Pickup. They initially Charged my Credit card for $1500 for a machine which has $600 rental for a week.

After week week of usage, the machine was picked up by their driver who also commented on the fact that we have overfilled it with diesel.

After getting my invoice in mail, I was shocked to see that they charged me for 17 litres of Diesel and $150 for Pick up and $150 for Delivery.

With my calls and emails, the company agrees to refund the diesel charges but not for overcharges of Pick up and delivery.

I will not be using this company again and recommend everyone I know in construction industry to not to use their services as I find they are not using Professional care for their clients and overcharging the way they want to.
