I contacted All Star Roofing when I had issues with my roof. I was so impressed by the efficient communication and quick response. It was recommended that the roof be replaced as a long term solution. Alven and his team are professional, skilled, very hard working, courteous and so polite, it was a pleasure to have them work on the roof each day. They cleaned up diligently each end of day. They completed the project well within the time frame. Upon completion, they cleaned up thoroughly and everything was as it was before - probably even cleaner! They did a superb, excellent job and went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was accomplished neatly and efficiently. I would highly recommend All Star Roofing for all your roof and gutter needs. Thank you everyone at All Star Roofing!

All Star replaced our aging 40 year year old tile roof with Malarkey shingles. We also replaced 7 skylights, which one had already failed. Alven is attentive and professional. His crew were courteous and did a remarkable job with the replacement as well as the clean up. Special thanks to Simar (and crew) for coming back and taking care of a couple of small items for us. We made the right choice going with All Star !

There were plenty of roof contractors to pick from, especially in the lower mainland; most of them took a while to show up. I wasn't expecting AllStar to respond the same day that I submitted my request and actually getting Alven, the owner of AllStar to show up the next day and inspect my roof. So ultimately, we decided to go with AllStar Roofing.

The communication with Yanna and Alven were great—any hiccups with payment terms or logistics were resolved within an hour or same business day. The on-site crew was respectful, courteous, and worked incredibly hard to complete the job efficiently (I can tell by the amount of sweat coming from them).

My only minor feedback would be that the final daily cleanup could be a bit more thorough, as I have dogs using the yard, having a nail free area is essential. However, the team was overall professional throughout. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the team. If anyone is looking to have their roof redone, I do recommend reaching out to AllStar!

I had paid another company to come out and patch a leak in my skylight. They were here for less than 30 min and said that the flashing was leaking on the top left hand corner. They put some patch on it and was done. The next day it started to rain and I still noticed water staining my ceiling from the inside so I called them back.They came back the next day and did another patch along the side of the skylight. Then it started to rain again the next day and the leak was getting worse. I tried calling them back and this time they did not answer my text or calls. The leak was getting worse by the hour so I found Allstar roofing and called them on a weekend. Alven the owner of the company answered my call and explained that they can come out to tarp off the skylight for a fee and that they can schedule the repairs on a sunny day. Alven came out on his own within the hour and tarped over the skylight. He came back on a sunny day with his worker and found that the flashing around the skylight needed to be resealed as it was lifting in several areas. He resealed the whole flashing around the skylight and also replaced the skylight as the old skylight was showing a lot of wear around the frame. Alven and his worker did an excellent job and also patched a few areas of the roof where he found might be a problem if it was left alone. I would definitely recommend this company as they are honest and pricing was pretty fair. Good Job guys !!!
