I was very surprised, disappointed and somewhat misled to discover how unprofessional this company actually is, given their online approval ​rating.

I emailed them a tentative medical negligence claim enquiry and had received no reply or acknowledgement whatsover after almost a month, so I sent a follow up email seeking a response. I had a reply almost immediately saying they would not be able to represent us, without giving ANY explanation as to why. I replied immediately requesting their grounds for being unable to discuss the matter further. Guess what? No reply.

Shocking.
