I can no longer correspond by email.My front window was worked on by TL in June 2015. It did not work as my window has moisture in it sometime. TL said it was because I did not get the window washed. What does not washing have to do with mositure being in the window now? This picture is from Nov 10,2016 when temp was +12. This is the best my window will be? Did the process work?

Unfortunately, when a customer insists on doing the restoration the cheapest way possible and not the suggested right way it sometimes fails. We came out five times to view this window and meet with the owner. We offered to fix the problem even with the customer voiding his warranty by opting out of two parts of the restoration process. When we offered to fix the window right the offer was denied. We are truly sorry that we couldn't satisfy this customer like the 100s others we have.

Had our window fixed in the spring and by winter the fog was back not sure why. Still waiting after 2 weeks for the company to get back to us.
Hopefully they can make it right the second time.
