This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They try to blame everything on a"not covered" issue so that they don't have to cover anything. Their preventive maintenance program is a joke because if the contractor finds anything wrong, they (Landmark) make yo set-up a separate appointment for repairs and pay a 2nd $60 service fee -- All this for a $5 repair. As a realtor I have bought this warranty for clients who purchased a home through me and also purchased one for my home. I sure hope that my clients have better experience and luck than I have had. Next year, I going with Old Republic. My daughter has had them for years but Landmark somehow had a better rating so I went with them. STAY AWAY FROM Landmark.
