Recently there was a complaint about Grand Design florist.To the person who wrote it. I would bet that you have never been in a flower shop during a holiday to see what goes on behind the scenes, the staffs in all the flower shops USA or outside of it work really hard .They answer phones, make orders up , loading orders in drivers cars, Most work long hours all weekend making sure the orders are right.I am sure the staff at grand design florist falls in with the rest of the world.So before you give A bad review think about what all the staffs go through .
