I came into this store with a bracelet. The guy takes my driver's license and then he tested the bracelet and said it was real, And he said he had to cut the charms off to weigh it and I said are you sure you want to buy it I don't want you to destroy the bracelet if you don't want it. He replied (YES IM GOING TO BUY IT) and I said okay that's fine. As I waited looking on my phone he starts cutting up the bracelet halfway through he goes well this may not be yours. And all of a sudden doesn't want to buy it. I was totally taken back that he would cut up my bracelet and then have the audacity to act like I stole it. It was very insulting! I will tell everyone to stay away from this business they will lie to your face then destroy your property and then accuse you of being a thief. Worst experience I've ever had at any store.
