Every class — yoga, sculpt, barre, Pilates — is taught by instructors who care as much about your attention as your effort, because that's where the real work happens. Some days that looks like a slow, deliberate flow. Other days it's a Power Sculpt class that has you focused on nothing but the next move. Same intention, different intensity. New here? I have really enjoyed Power Life. What started with a free month through my work turned into a part of my routine I cannot and will not let go.
The atmosphere is amazing, the accountability is appreciate, but I go for the community. I have created great relationships with students and teachers. If you are looking for a great place to sweat, check out Power Life!
Here’s to the next 100!

I am a beginner at powelife. The instructors are very welcoming, great at explaining technique, and motivating in class. Plus it is an excellent work out!

I got stuck at the red light outside of the west Glen location for 7 minutes which made me 2 minutes late for the 9 am class (I came in at 9:02) and they refused to let me in. I waited all week for this class, I planned daycare, and prepared my whole day around it and after years of going to this location, sending friends and family here, I was provided with absolutely 0 kindness for something that I had 0 control over.
After this incident I have decided it’s best if I take my business and my connections to YogaSix and HOTWORX going forward. I hope the person working the front desk here learns to have more compassion and understanding for the members that come here.
