This company is unorganized. Been working here for a couple months , maybe longer and it seemed like every other month they changed the pay dates on us. Its happened about 4-5 times in the span of a couple months, Like if peoples landlords are going to wait another 2 weeks to pay rent on top of the. Couple days they have already been waiting. Not only that you get 2 big coolers that you must carry with you and eventual they'll add a 3rd, then they'll give you a route with 35-40 packages and majority of the time you'll have to call dispatch to remove some (why assign that many to one person with 3 huge coolers in the car anyway if they have remove some?) You'll average about 50-60 miles a day but at .30-.35cents its not much to keep your car gassed up and maintained .. Point being if you LOVE to get paid LATE, getting pounded with too many parcels that can't fit in your car, and dealing with rude dispatch employees, then this company is for you. I give this company 1 star , if I can give it half a star I would but that was not an option. Their unorganized, not very professional especially dispatch and by changing the pay dates I can almost gauruntee you'll be behind on bills almost every time.
