I have a big problem with the ATM machine The business is loosing the surcharge on most transactions since most of the time it dosen't accept debit or credit cards . The error codes on the terminal is Code 1 ; 14 ; 11 Termical no. Ven. 00108 I have contacted vestsphere almost for a year to do upgrading to my terminal and am still loosing customer due to not being able to get cash on their debit card or credit card This machine was bought by me through Vencash Hopefully you can help me with this problem my ph no is 780 385 3000 or 780 385 5778 Thank s for any help you can offer Mrs Stan Brodie
