Unfortunately, my experience was not pleasant. One employee with glasses and highlighted hair was extremely loud throughout my visit, yelling from the back of the store and making it difficult to enjoy my ice cream. On top of that, she was openly using profanity and gossiping with coworkers where customers could clearly hear. The behavior felt unprofessional and created an uncomfortable atmosphere. I understand that employees talk while working, but customers shouldn’t have to listen to shouting, cursing, and workplace drama while trying to enjoy their visit. I hope management addresses this so future customers can have a better experience.

Excellent service. There was a woman and two young girls working. I went earlier this afternoon, such sweet workers! They were super friendly, patient and hardworking in the whole time we were there. The ice cream was great, and they kept everything moving fast while still being really nice to the customers. You can tell they care about doing a good job. Definitely made the experience better and I will be definitely coming back!

The ice cream here is very tasty, and the couple running the shop are extremely friendly and patient. They listened carefully and helped us choose the right size and flavors. The selection wasn’t very large, though we visited during one of the busiest times of the year, still, the staff remained polite and welcoming. Overall, a great experience with delicious ice cream!

We love cold stone so much! It’s such a beautiful shop and it’s really neat and tidy! I got the small size with chocolate ice cream and Oreos and caramel and my husband got a plain waffle cone with cotton candy and strawberry ice cream! The pricing is very reasonable and the staff was very friendly!
