I can not believe the horrible customer service Hannah. I ordered 6 styling chairs and three shampoo bowl units. One chair has 3 rips in it and all thee shampoo Bowls leak. I called them as soon as my plumber discovered the issue and they told how I could repair it. I had my plumber do that. I cost me money and time to have my plumber redo each bowl. I had to pay him for his time. I sent the invoice to standish for reimbursement but they said it was not their issue....
