A few weeks ago we unexpectedly needed a wheelchair accessible van. The AMS Van website was recommended to us. After viewing the website we decided on a van that met our needs. Being unable to make the 200+ miles round trip to Tucker, GA, I called the dealership to ask advice. Let me share our experience with you. I talked with a Mobility Consultant, Ginger Taylor, on Thursday. Much to my surprise she told me it would be possible to complete the purchase over the phone. A couple of hours later I was having a three way discussion with Ginger and a Finance Manger, Brian Staehling. By Friday afternoon, via phone and email, we became the proud owners of a van that matched our specific needs. The van was hauled, on a trailer, the following Monday afternoon. This was the easiest vehicle purchase we have ever made. Thank you AMS Vans, Ginger, and Brian for making this transaction so simple.

My mother has been paralysed since June. She had spinal surgery in January and has regained some movement in her hands. We were online looking for places that rent wheelchair vans to take my mom to a concert because our used van was in the shop because we were having problems with the sensors and my mom was stuck in the van. We had to remove the doors to get her out. It was a accident or act of God that I got Todd. He was very pleasant and I explained our situation to him. He began to tell me about AMS Vans and the service's they provide. Now, mind you I am a very impatient person and I really wasn't interested in buying a new van. Mainly because we didn't think our crefit was good enough and that wasn't what I was calling for. I hate sale calls and I can be rude at times. Todd was very patient and put up with me interrupting him several times and I couldn't even imagine buying a car on his words and without even seeing it. Todd was on the phone with us for over an hour. Answering our questions and basically adking me to purchase a vehicle that I had only seen a picture of. Todd deserves salesman of the universe because he wasn't a pushy salesperson but a very compassionate person that knew he could help my family. It never sounded like he was trying to get a commission but genuinely wanting to make a difference in our life. When they delivered the van I was in shock. We drove the van and made sure the wheelchair fit and YES I wad looking for something to be wrong and couldn't find one thing wrong. Todd totally sold us a van on pure faith and itvis everything he said it would be. My mom was very surprised and couldn't wait to ride. AMS VANS PROVIDES THE MOST TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE PURCHASED MANY CARS AND NEVER HAS IT EVER BEEN SO EASY AND STRESS FREE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. I LOOK FORWARD TO DOING ALL MY FUTURE BUSINESS WITH THE AMS VAN FAMILY WHEN IT IS TIME TO TRADE IT IN. I TRULY CAN SAY THEY HAVE A LIFETIME CUSTOMER. I HAVE BEEN TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE AND THAT IF THERE'S A WAY TODD CAN MAKE IT HAPPEN HE WILL. MY FAMILY IS VERY GREAT FULL AND TRULY BELIEVE IT WAD A GIFT FROM GOD!!!!!!
