Been going to Chiropractic for 10+ years. Moved to Ohio from Georgia. Called to become a new patient - wanted to do the free consultation. Had an opening the next day - Yay. Husband is in pain - so I wanted to get it right away. Needed a credit card to reserve a free consultation! After giving credit card and reserving I was told they don't accept our insurance (the only accept 1 insurance). After speaking to my husband we decided that we want to find a chiropractor that takes our insurance. So I called to cancel and it is within 24 hours so I was told if I don't come that I have to pay $40 for a cancellation fee. For a free 15 min consultation? For something you can get at any seminar for free? Really? Unbelievable. I would avoid trying this doctor out at all costs - they are not in this to help anyone.
