Its no-wonder why the students have no work ethic-look at the staff.
Was charged prior to receiving a service, then told their was not enough students.
No one knew how to reverse the transaction off. Gone back 2x since and told the same story. No students, to make things worse the Regional Director proceeded to argue with me on the floor. Refusing to give me my $ back that day. Wanted me to come back again. IS IT RIGHT TO CHARGE A CLIENT FOR A SERVICE, THEN NOT DO IT OR PROLONGING A REFUND. THIS HAS BEEN SINCE OCTOBER.
I understand these are students but get staff that sets examples for these people, not someone on POWER trip
