All of my experiences at the West Kendall Baptist Hospital outpatient department have always been good. But I must tell you that the young lady and I think her name was Brendeli Who performed my mammogram was the best of the best. She not only took such good care of me while I got the test done, but I used a walker because of severe vertigo, and I had gotten a hot chocolate from the waiting room, but I was unable to carry it with the walker into my mammogram I mentioned it to her and she said when I finish, I’m going to get you a new hot chocolate and this young lady did that. She went out to the waiting room and fixed me a hot chocolate and brought it to me. She could not have been any sweeter, and I need you to recognize her for being such a loving person with me

A great experience all around! The imaging technician was patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire process comfortable. Genesis F. was absolutely wonderful, she was warm, personable, and genuinely kind while checking me in and out of my appointment that evening. She showed the same level of care and professionalism earlier that day when my mother had her appointment as well. Her friendly attitude made both of our visits a pleasant experience.

The technicians were gentle, professional, and took the time to explain the procedure, which really helped put me at ease. Beautiful Facilities excellent clean bathrooms very nice lobby. However, the staff is horrible. I walked in into a soccer fan fest party in the reception desk while trying to check in, waiting in my turn to 10 minutes later be called to be told that they’re running late after the pool me to the side to let me know, make me fill out paperwork again after they ask you to check in they ask you to fill out the same questions against when you go there and then you wait. While the party still continues at the front desk that you can hear it in the phlebotomist room that I cannot even hear the phlebotomist speak to me due to the loud party and crowd from all this girls. This is not the Baptist that I’ve ever experienced in my 40 years around Baptist Hospital and it’s not the first time that I see it happening I really don’t know what’s going on and it’s really disappointing. They can do better than this and they are better than this.
