Paul nstall a fence in my home. We gave him a deposit and it took him weeks to come out and start the install. He did not start it the day we agreed. He does not follow up and has poor communications and customer service skills. I took a risk with him because he came recommended from Home Depot. The fencing had a 5 year warranty. 7 months later the nails are coming out of the post. I called Paul April 1, 2016 to advise him on the problem. He ask me to text him my address that he will come out and look at it. I text him the address and have not heard back from him. I called him again to make sure that he received the address and he said he had and could not give me a timeframe when he would come out to look at the problem. Its a month now and I have not heard back from Paul. I would not recommend him to any of my friends or relatives.
