Slow as all can be, order online for a pick up, and they (the one person there) even do that job. Just order it online and have them deliver, it’ll be quicker. (Ordered for same day pick up.. nope, slacking)

Great experience today at the store in Dayton. This is mainly about the customer service and the gentleman that helped get my new phone set up. It’s was kind of a brutal process, all my fault, and he got me through everything. Appreciate the patience today. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff. Brought my phone in because I couldn't get the SD door to eject. The young woman knew exactly how to open it and quickly solved my problem.

Shoshana was my customer service rep and I am so pleased with her knowledge and customer service. I recommend her across the board as the best agent I have ever dealt with. 100% satisfied and will be seeing her again for all of my phone questions or needs.
