Not only do they use used parts but they use after market body panels. In addition they used parts that were manufactured in China such as the grille, but hey, why would a quality shop like this pay $340 for a OEM part when they can pay $35 for the piece from after market, which, looks identical to the OEM and they won't have to deal with it a year later, as I have, when it is peeling and cracked. The gaps did not fit properly as well and when I took my expensive car back to the dealer for a service call they found all kinds of wiring not reconnected etc. Oh, and have fun discussing this with Loc the owner as I did, nightmare.
