I would recommend Miracle Ear in Stanton to anyone seeking hearing assistance. Emily is a pleasure to talk to on the phone and so patient and helpful with scheduling. My Granny has been a patient for many years and when her hearing loss increased with her old set, Ben was so patient, understanding of her concerns and thorough in helping her with the process of new hearing aides with enhanced tech to meet her needs. We have had many appointments and phones calls, most with my toddler in tow, and I cannot say enough about how welcoming and kind Emily and Ben are and what an asset they are to the Miracle Ear company.

During the pandemic I stopped wearing my Miracle Aid hearing aids with masking and all. I recently made an appointment and was given a retest by Sherry Goodman. She was outstanding and after the results of the test she updated my hearing aids. I am now hearing wonderfully. Emily was most friendly and helpful as well and I was able to meet Theresa who was working with Sherry. I look forward to dealing with this amazing team in the future. Thanks Miracle Ear!!

Jade was very professional, knowledgeable, and very patient in answering all our questions in detail. Happy I made the decision to visit Miracle Ear, since waiting through COVID. I received my hearing aids today and she was very through in explaining everything I needed to know. Can't wait to follow up with my future visits and very happy to have my hearing aids.

I just returned home from my Miracle-Ear appt. with Jade Good and want to express my appreciation for her service. I know Jade from her time working "up front" as receptionist and was glad to hear she was in training. And to my surprise and delight, she is my new Miracle-Ear technician. She demonstrated that she really knows her job, and she loves it. As for customer care, she's got it in spades, very personable and a delight to talk with her.
