One evening I had decided to park my car downtown and upon arriving back at my vehicle I found that someone had decided to throw a rock through my passenger window. :( After calling around to various glass places for estimates which were no where near what I could afford, I decided to branch out a little further into areas outside greater Victoria. Both the manager and the front desk clerk were extremely nice and set up a time for me to come out that was convenient for me. Upon arriving I was greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello (which doesn't happen to often these days) and they had a gentleman come out right away and within the hour I was off on my merry way. Great job couldn't have asked for more.

Recently we took our car to the Boyd on Sooke Rd. We needed a mirror replaced. They ordered the part and made a 10:00 appointment for the repair for a couple of days later. I showed up and they said the part hadn't come in. When I asked why they didn't phone if the part didn't come in they seemed flummoxed. Why would they? Why not use up my morning and gas when a phone call was all that it took to cancel it? They didn't apologize. They phoned a couple of hours later to say the part was in. I made the journey in to them again and guess what - wrong part. Again no apology. There is something seriously wrong with how these people do business. I would suggest NEVER using them. It is appalling to me how cavalier they are about other people's time and money.
