I made an online appointment for illness and had to wait 1.5 hours, then actually had to tell the NP what kind of medication I needed! I just left today from my daughters urine drug test, it was a 1.75 hour wait, i had to ask to speak to a manager , then they finally took her. The first time she went she waited three hours!

The sign on the wall states express healthcare. Instead it should read we will get to you in about three hours. If you need fast and reliable healthcare carespot would not be the place. The only excuse given for being so slow is that they are understaffed.
