My consultation left me with a sense of hope and empathetic understanding and being heard. While it is troubling to deal with unexpected illness--even the result of some possible error--this experience leaves me feeling that those who are delagated to protect us medically, must learn that to "first do no harm" is valid whether an oath is administered or not.
