I had my front bumper painted there in 2008. It was an Autopac claim. The job took much longer than promised (it apparently takes 2 weeks to paint a bumper). 10 months pass and the clearcoat is all peeling off right in the middle where the centre of the bumper is attached to the car. When I took it back to them, the owner came out to look at it, and told me it must be my fault because black cars need to be washed more often. In other words, blaming me. I do keep my car clean. It was only dusty looking that day from driving down the dusty dirt road to his shop. He would not discuss this problem any further and walked away from me while I was still talking to him. I would never go back there, and I have made sure to tell everyone I know that needs autobody work NOT to go there. By the way, I have ben driving for 30 years, so I have dealt with a fair amount of bodyshops. Ivans is hands down THE WORST! I only gave Ivans half a star because I have to give a mark to write this review. Honestly, for the paint job they did, they don't deserve anything.
