As far as I know, the complete Archer group is defunct, as of 2010 or so. I think that it started with a restraining order from the Ontario Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. The President of Archer Education Groups, Andrew Ryu, is now the CEO of Loyalist Group Limited (LOY) on the TSE (http://www.loyalistgroup.com). The Archer building is now occupied by The Westside School (http://www.thewestsideschools.ca/our-school/our-founders/), which is owned by Jason Joo, who sold Western Town College ( http://ww35.wtccanada.com ) to Loyalist Group Ltd a few years ago. Maybe just a fantastic cooincidence?
I'm not completely sure of all of the details but this is more or less what happened.

they don't pay homestays for months even though they already received the money from students, employees don't get paid on time, they put students into classes as is convenient for them not by student's actual level. You are taking a big risk of being put out without notice if you get involved with this school. That is ALL locations, Vancouver, Toronto and Hamilton.

Beware of this so-called company. It is managed by people who recently bankrupted a number of schools, named CCE, TLA and a third one self-called "the best school in Canada", leaving dozens of students on the street with no classes or homestay, that were all pre-paid, as well agents who lost the credibility with their students and were still liable for the huge financial losses.
Don't let your child be the next victim of those fraudters.
