The repair on my car was more then impressive the technician working on my car who I believed was named Dennis just did so well everything was done to above my standards and in great time! the shop manager J.R was amazing with his help of letting me understand the whole process and how it all worked.
was overall very impressed and couldnt be any happier with my experience here at Budds collision.

It's very stressful dealing with insurance companies and vehicle repairs but my experience at Budds was awesome. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the manager J. R. always made time for me. The repair was flawless and I won't go anywhere else now.

The service at Budds is the best I've ever experienced. My repair was done very professionally and on time. J R Martino was very accommodating, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

Thanks Budds Collision for a fantastic experience during a difficult time. The Manager JR. Martino took the time to explain to me how the repair process works and took me on a tour of their state of the art facility. I recommend Budds to anyone who is in need of repairs to their vehicle.

I am very please with the customer service and the repair work to my car! They fixed the problem bang on and in a fair time. I would strongly recommend them and will travel the distance to have them do any further repairs!

Recently had my vehicle fixed at Budds and this has been my second time there and this time was a great experience, the new manager Neil Thomas went over and above to make sure I was educated on the repair procedure unlike the last two clowns that were there (John and Swav)but that is a whole story within it's self. Way to go Budds, skilled professionals really makes a difference.

I have been a customer for years and have to say that I am disappointed in the decline of customer service ever since Swav left. I feel that the quality and customer service is second rate and I won't be back. It took some time but I found Swav at Performance Group in St. Catharines and he fixed me up at no cost just to keep me as a happy customer. That's customer service you can count on!

I took my vehicle to this place after it was struck in a parking lot. Poor customer service. Swav doesn't answer his phone and another guy there called me buddy after I asked him a few challenging questions. I think he felt I was undermining when I had some legitimate concerns. Not a very good experience. Unfortunately there's not many warrenty approved BMW centres so I was left with little options. I won't use them in the future if its up to me. Quality of work was good but that's to be expected from all body shops in my opinion...its the service that sets them apart.

As a long term customer of Budds, I took my Saturn to the Collision Centre for some help. Steve from the Detailing Dept and John Scetta from Collision Services ere both extremely helpful and gasve good advice. R Johnson

MY CORVETTE WAS IN MINT CONDITION UNTIL A TRUCK BACKED INTO IT ON KERR STREET WHEN IT WAS PARKED. NOT ONLY DID BUDDS RETURN IT TO ME IN MINT CONDITION IT CAME BACK SPOTLESS BOTH INSIDE AND OUT. I WAS CONCERNED THAT BUDDS WOULD BE EXPENSIVE, THEY WERE NOT THE MOST EXPENSIVE BUT THEY THEY DELIVERED TOP OF THE LINE RESULTS. JOHN SPEZA WAS GREAT. PS: IT IS THE FIRST BODY SHOP I HAVE EVER SEEN WHERE YOU COULD EAT OFF THE FLOOR - THAT SAYS IT ALL.
