This business was recommended to me by my insurance company to do a body work. It took them 1,5 month instead of promised 3 weeks to do a repair (replace rear gate). But this is not the main problem. They have attached used broken plastic panels instead of new, so that these panels can hardly stay stable and can fall at any point. In one case they could not put bolt in because the corresponding receptacle hole was broken. So they have just glued the bolt to conceal the hole and that this bolt does not hold anything. The rear door is leaking since then under any moderate rain. I tried to talk to the mechanic who was responsible for this, escalated the case to the owner, and was met with rude and aggressive rebuke refusing to do anything or admit a problem, so I guess it is a systemic problem.

I highly recommend CSN services for those with collision and require body work services to their car. My first experience with them was 2017, and the work was amazing. The second experience with them was May 2021. Had a minor car accident and decided to go back to them for body work since I trust their workmanship.
When I got to their office , I felt the atmosphere is totally different compared to my first visit. The staffs are so professional and friendly, especially Mihai Boros, who greet me and made me feel welcomed, which is a great improvement compared to my first time being there.
They did amazing job with the repair and could not even tell my car had any damage.They also painted some scratches to the inside of my car for free that was not part of my collision repair. The matched the color so perfectly.
My car was ready for pick up on time, and they went above and beyond by cleaning my car inside and out. The stuffs in my car were so neatly packed and cleaned. CSN is so lucky to have such amazing staffs that goes above and beyond in rendering excellent customer service.

After an accident, I called Desjardins insurance company to repair my car. They advised me to take my car to Bayview and Steeles Auto collision centre which is partner with the Desjardins Insurance company.
I made an appointment with the Honda body shop. First I took my car to the place I was advised to take. I regret, I took my car to this place from the moment I walked in. I wanted to take my car to the other place for the second opinion but they did not let me to drive the car anymore. They said the car is unsafe to drive especially I had two children in my car.
My experience with this shop is unsatisfactory. Do not take your car to repair to this place in the case of an accident. This place is protecting interest of the Insurance company first since their major business comes from insurance. The repair is going to be minimum not to cause major expenses to insurance company.
