This shop was recommended by a BMW dealer to repaint a rear bumper and quarter panel.

It took multiple attempts to match BMW Alpine white and the car is still not perfect both in terms of color match and surface finish. There is excessive and inconsistent orange peel on the bumper with some dust spots noticeable in the clearcoat. Overspray is evident on the whole vehicle and will need to be clayed to correct. This should not be the customer's responsibility to correct. It appears as if a solvent was used to attempt to remove overspray from the tail lamps and left a rough finish on one section. Taping around the rear window trim was applied incorrectly causing a gasket to be painted that was not supposed to be. Overall sloppy and incomplete work, which is concerning considering they are pending BMW CCRC certification.
