On November 24th 2015 I was scheduled to pick up mines and my partners business cards from NoHo Copy and Print in North Hollywood Ca after speaking to an employee on the phone about a slight name adjustment, I was told it was no problem and my cards would be ready two days later which was on the 24th of November as I earlier stated but that was not the case when I arrived to do so, I was told my cards were pushed back to sometime after Thanksgiving. I asked then why was I told on the phone the cards would be ready in two days, I was then given a lame excuse of the overload of work.
I also asked, why was I not contacted then to inform me of this change, instead of getting an answer I received the question Of when did you order the cards. In short I received nothing but the run around from this company.
Very poor serve and very unprofessional. It was my first time there as a customer and last.
I had an event to attend that evening and ended up going without my business cards thanks to NoHo Card and Print. I would advice people to stay clear of this place.
