We had one of the infamous Honda Civic defective paint issues on the roof (which Honda would not fix for us.) When we called George the manager at Action Collision, he was efficient and courteous in providing a fair estimate. He was available to answer any questions we had about the work to be done. The work was done within the timeline promised and to our satisfaction... at the quoted price (no surprises!). The bumper scrape, not related to the paint job they were doing, even got a bit of TLC from the shop guys.

This place is bad news. Took my Audi TT in for some minor work. One of their intake people Adrian is a smarmy unreliable dolt. Three weeks later the car was still there. Painted it incorrectly 3 times. Said they had to call in a "paint specialist"!!! No apologies. No courtesy calls. Just jibberish. Never again. Try "Dragos" in Bronte instead.

Action Collison has been in Oakville for over 30 years and my family has used this body shop for all our car needs.
Everytime they have given us terrific service and exceptional repairs to all our cars. Best shop in town
