POOR COMMUNICATION, highly UN-professional Tod, Nick and Milena are not competent in any capacity, Tod is a bit of a pushy person, Milena is no longer there, although she did take poor pictures and was not very thorough, Tod Wever came in and overtook the oversight of the property and bullied everyone, forced us by threatening us that the market is suffering and it would be hard pressed to get a good tenant, said we were obligated to continue even though they priced the home way over market value, we were also looking for another home and he spammed us with tons of emails about properties and pretty much forcing himself on us, Tod Wever also made inappropriate comments, he is a bit creepy to be honest. I have to note also a racial bias but asking us what type of people we would like to rent to, highly unethical, unprofessional. We do not recommend rentmax, truly you are better off going with someone else, we recently moved and no longer have to deal with such a horrible experience, shame on you Tod Wever.

If you are a property owner looking to rent out your property, I would strongly suggest avoiding this management company.

At every possible point of interaction, Rentmax Property Management and Tod Wever have proven, time and time again, that they do not care about you as a property owner or customer. They only care about lining their own pockets, many times at your expense.

I trusted them with a property to rent out for two years. The two years were coming to an end, and there was ZERO communication from Rentmax Property Management company or Todd Wever. It was literally like pulling teeth to get this company to contact the current tenants and determine if they wanted to sign another lease or were they going to vacate. They let the tenant drag out the "negotiations" to the point where the tenant was automatically allowed to stay longer because there was no longer enough time to give proper notice to get them out at the end of the lease.

I am in Las Vegas paying high short-term rates right now, thinking I'd get the house back at the end of July. Still, nope, Rentmax Property Management and Tod Weaver, and staff, sent out a termination notice. KNOWING FULL WELL, they sent IT EIGHT DAYS LATE to have the tenant vacating at the end of the lease.

What really bothers me is that Tod Wever and his company made a BIG MISTAKE that's preventing me from getting my house back for an extra month, AND THEY GET PAID FOR THAT MISTAKE.

Now, I've been paying this company's management fees for two years. The tenants won't be out for another 44 days or so at this point, so I send Tod Wever my cancellation notice because I no longer want him or his Rentmax Property Management company managing my property. Do you know what he told me? He doesn't apologize for causing this issue; nope, he tells me I will have to pay an early termination fee. What?

He screws up giving the tenants more time in my home, causing me extra expenses, and even though I give them 44 days' notice, I am early terminating a management contract that was going to end at the end of July anyway?? WTF?

Greedy, greedy, greedy, greedy.

They don't care about anyone but themselves.

I am not usually leaving negative reviews, but I truly haven't had a good experience with Tod Wever or Rentmax Property Management company since day one. I have other stories I could tell, but there has to be a better Las Vegas Property Management company out there and more trustworthy folks to work with than Tod Wever.

Avoid this company at all costs
