I got into a car accident about 3 mos ago and was towed to this nearby auto shop. I rear-ended a car and my front was pretty damanged; airbag also released in driver side. This company charged my insurance company $10,000 (I paid a $500 deductible) and 2/3 was for their labour. I was told my car was ready in 21 working days and on the the 21st working day I called to see if it was ready; no one bothered to inform me. They told me that it wasn't and had to be painted so Thursay would be the earliest - you'd think for 10K they'd give me a courtesy call to let me know. I called on Thursday and was told it'd be 2 more weeks because they had to order a part!!!! Horibble ...Had they not known that they needed a part in the first two weeks. Then about 3 days later someone called to let me know that my car was ready (of course they decided to call me now since they needed me to sign the cheque from the insurance company). My car makes loud noises when driving at 80KM and shakes...I dont want to take it back to get crappy service done again so only thing I can do is share my experience...DO NOT GO TO THESE PPL. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, EXPENSIVE AND CRAPPY SERVICE.
