The Faculty of Religious Education offers instruction that blends intellectual learning with spiritual growth. Courses follow the Church curriculum and are graded, appearing on transcripts and contributing to GPA. Through active engagement, students strengthen their knowledge, skills, and discipleship.

Located behind the Habitat Restoration Project, the Academic Nursery supports various plant related projects within the Biology Program and the Kumuwaiwai Center for Sustainability. In addition to growing plants for the Habitat Restoration Project, this facility also provides experimental space for numerous projects.

The Center for Hospitality & Tourism is a unique academic support entity that has a singular focus on providing extracurricular enhancements like scholarships, academic recognitions, local field trips, a student organization, career exploration travel, and mentoring for internship and career placement.

The Faculty of Culture, Language & Performing Arts offers programs of cultural anthropology, Hawaiian studies, history, integrated humanities, intercultural peacebuilding, music, Pacific Island studies, and theatre. BYUH Food Services serves the needs of the university ohana with health and safety as their priorities. Services include catering, dining venues, and grab-and-go shops. The department manages the dining and vending establishments on campus: Banyan Dining Hall, Seasider Snackbar, C-Store, Micro Market, and Farmers Market.

The McKay Pool is a facility managed by Seasider Sports & Activities. The Issue Room stores uniforms and equipment for full-time faculty, staff, administrative employees, and students. Students registered in an exercise and sports science class require a locker fee. It is open from Monday to Friday, and closed on school holidays, devotionals, and special athletic or university events.
