Fantastic experience dealing with all of employees when my boiler was being replaced. They did exactly what they said they would do. They kept the schedule that we discussed. They worked clean,safe and left my home spotless when they left. I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Stay away, that's all I can say. I'm going to say two complaints, one is for Amana cooling systems, two of which were bought in the last 3 years and both failed. And the workmanship that Dennis and his crew does, seems great because Dennis is a great salesman, but is actually really bad workmanship, Dennis has cost me a lot of money, for trusting him.

BE AWARE, AVOID THIS COMPANY, IF THERE ANY ISSUES DENNIS (ABLE HEATING AND COOLING) WILL GHOST YOU.

THIS HAS NOW COST ME OVER $15,000 TO CORRECT AS THESE HVAC MANUFACTURES WILL NOT WORK WITH HOMEOWNER , ONLY THE INSTALLER, AND DENNIS IS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND!

He is a very personable guy and easy to like, but that's the bait and the trap. I spoke to Dennis maybe 6 months ago, and he is ghosted me since then this is all started when the system had problems from the point of installation but Dennis could not seem to fix them.
I want to stress this cuz I've heard it from other people, if you run into any problems Dennis will ghost you and you will be like you never heard of him. Beware.

I thought Dennis was a good guy, so I had them install a second system at another property I own, the Amana system failed within 2 years and cost me now over $15,000 to correct installation problems. (updated 2/2026)

Dennis promised but never followed through on registering the heat pump which came with a 10-year warranty if registered in 60 days they fail to register it although they told me they would, and Amana will not honor a 10-year warranty unless registered in a 60-day period.

Just as well both products failed well under the 5-year Factory warranty, although no labor is included so be prepared to spend a bucket load on these pieces of crap.

I should note this is the second system I had Dennis install and the first system with that was within a year of the second system has now failed, so that's two systems Dennis installed both have failed well before they're even 5 year warranty I will never buy Amana AC again .

And hopefully I'm able to find Dennis and recoup some of the losses I have endured from working with him. You have been warned

On time very nice! That was the only positive thing. After paying Buku bucks for system had leaks photos to follow. What he did was he came and he glued the pipes together called another contractor. They said the whole unit had to be replaced. We never go to him again signed up for the yearly subscription. They tried to charge me and then every time I called for other issues meaning one where water was leaking out of it of a system that was one year old he broke his leg, broke his arm, not good. Did not seal the ducts had to call another company in to do this.
Dennis did not even reach out to say hey why did you drop my service because he knew… Shady.

We finally were able to purchase a/c for our house. We went ductless because there is no ductwork in the house. Dennis was perfect! He gave us a few options with pricing within days of measuring and viewing what we would needed. He made recommendations and also listened to what we wanted and we got a system that we are amazed with. We could not ask for more. What a great guy to work with, thanks Dennis!

I called and requested a quote for a new boiler system and I had my Quote in a timely manner. Once I gave the go ahead with the purchase and install we had a date set and the Job went over on the date agreed upon with no issue's. I am completely satisfied with this company and I would recommend them to my family and friends.
